I couldn’t say enough great things about Dr. Faulconer and his entire staff at Crossroads Family! Family is the right word, as that is how you are treated. I received such wonderful and personal care from everyone there. The staff is knowledgable and very professional. They made the visit seamless and Dr. Faulconer immediately put me at ease and is so caring. I’m so happy I have him to help my entire family with all of our dental care!

Dr. Dais and his team tonight were amazing! They were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. It’s hard to find a dentist that you like and makes you feel comfortable and not be judgmental. Dr. Underwood is an excellent dentist! He helped me overcome my fear of having dental work by being very cautious not to cause me any pain. Now, thanks to him, I can have major dental work with no fear whatsoever! I have been his patient for years and have 100% confidence in him and his staff!!

We love going to Crossroads Family Dentistry! I have 4 girls, ages 8 and under. They all LOVE going to see Dr. Faulconer to get their teeth cleaned! Even my two year old could barely wait her turn. smile emoticon I appreciate the kindness from the staff, and how they are able to schedule us all together quickly.
