About Dr. Faulconer
Dr. Faulconer
Dr. Faulconer has worked in dentistry for the past 12 years. He went to Oklahoma State University, receiving his Bachelor of Science and then his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the OU College of Dentistry. He graduated with distinction and was one of two recipients of the ‘Dean of the College of Dentistry’ Scholarship. Dr. Faulconer was selected as one of six students for a residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of Oklahoma. This residency focused on implant dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, and digital and same day dentistry using CEREC technology. It also included endodontic training from root canal specialists. While studying, Dr. Faulconer worked as a dental assistant at Crossroads Family Dentistry under Dr. Underwood, Dr. Dais, and Dr. Webb. He joined the practice in 2011 and became a co-owner in 2015 when Dr. Webb retired.
While Dr. Faulconer appreciates the technical aspect of dentistry, he values the trusted relationships that he and his fellow dentists build with their patients, working hard to help them overcome dental anxiety. He’s deeply interested in the science and art of restoring a confident smile and the different ways to accomplish that. Preventative dentistry is one of his specialties, as he enjoys identifying and stopping problems before they arise. But all aspects of dentistry continually fascinate Dr. Faulconer, and he loves the community he serves.
Dr. Faulconer and his wife, Erica, have three children – Hunter, Avery, and Peyton. They are parishioners of Christ the King Catholic Church and enjoy making time for family. During the summer, they fish, hike, and camp together. Dr. Faulconer also loves to coach baseball and basketball for his kids. And when he can find the time, he golfs – a sport he used to play at the collegiate level.
