The Process

It is normal to feel some discomfort when beginning Invisalign™ treatment, or at the start of every new pair of aligners, because they are made to predict where your teeth will rest at the end of every two weeks. Finally, it’s your turn to start wearing Invisalign™!The aligners must be worn for 20-22 hours a day, but are easily removable for eating, brushing and flossing. Every two weeks, replace your aligners with a new set, to continue straightening your teeth in small increments. You may be provided a dental retainer at the completion of your Invisalign™ process to preserve the alignment of your teeth in the future.
